Terms of Service

1. Service
Hukumlabs provides Aishop, a business customer messaging platform with AI assistant features, channel connections, conversation inboxes, operational tools, and human handoff.
2. Business responsibility
Each business is responsible for the legality of its customer messaging, its customer notices and consents, the accuracy of its business information, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party channel terms, including Meta Platform policies.
3. Channel integrations
A business may connect supported customer channels only if it has authority to manage those assets. Meta channels are used only after the required authorization and approval flows are complete. We may suspend or disconnect a channel if it is used for spam, phishing, unlawful content, deceptive automation, or unauthorized outreach.
4. AI output
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Businesses should configure their assistant carefully, monitor conversations, and use human handoff for sensitive, complex, or high-risk situations.
5. Prohibited use
The service may not be used for unlawful messaging, spam, phishing, harassment, surveillance, scraping, misleading impersonation, or violation of Meta, Telegram, model provider, or other third-party terms.
